I welcome the opportunity to share the progress of the Forge Foundation in this report. 2019 was the year in which we have firmly begun to scale up the impact of the program. I invite you to see the results of the year and share the amount of youths and teachers of the educational systems reached by the program. This shows the increasingly systemic contribution of our methodology.

We have also accelerated the process of the digital transformation of the organization. The innovation in the products developed and implemented for the management and for the blended educational proposal shows the great steps taken during the year.

Another important fact of 2019 was the expansion and deepening of alliances. The goals we have are only possible if we work together with others. I especially want to thank the entities that have trusted us again and all those who have decided to join this cause. Working together makes us grow, allows us to improve and, above all, to continue building a more just society, more similar to the one we all desire.

Though we are extremely excited about the achievements and advances in terms of scale, digital transformation and impact, we are even more fascinated by confirming at every step that the dream is possible. We are able to reach hundreds of thousands of youths in the coming years. For a professionally committed team, knowing that this is achievable immediately turns into the most beautiful responsibility to embrace.
