During her tenure at Forge, Camila learned how to be open, how to communicate, and how to spearhead a task. She also learned how to make mistakes, knowing that we can always learn from them. She currently runs the administrative department at a clinic and meets with her father daily to share their experiences and go over the decisions they each have made at their respective jobs. Camila comments that everything she has learned at Forge has transformed her and that now even her father applies the Forge values and principles to his job. Father and daughter have been able to create a bond based on their individual work experiences – they share values, ideas and projects and work hard to maintain and enrich their daily lives.
